Tim Wengierski (aka “Coach Tim”) has been a Real Estate Broker and Owner in Palm Beach County for 25 years. He has experience selling homes, condos, shopping centers, warehouses and other commercial properties. With 40+ years of overall experience, Coach Tim is also extremely knowledgeable in many details of construction with an emphasis on location, safety and contracts.

 

A native of Chicago, Coach Tim was raised by hardworking parents with a passion to win. As a Senior in high school, Coach Tim helped lead his football team to an area championship playing in front of 91,000 spectators at Soldier Field. He earned a full football scholarship to Notre Dame and played on the 1966 National Championship Team alongside Hall of Famer Rocky Bleier. Coach Tim earned a degree in Economics and began his career coaching and teaching at Cardinal Newman High School.
